1450-Org Announcements
NOTICE: 1450-ORG RACE EVENT #2 SCHEDULE CHANGE
Attention All 1450-ORG Racers:
Due to reasons beyond our control, 1450-ORG has selected to change our second race schedule and not run with the MORE Racing organization.
The rescheduled race event will be the May 17th MDR-Ridgecrest race.
1450-ORG apologizes for the change in schedule and any inconvenience it may cause. We were limited to the races we could have chosen as
alternate races. With our members best interest in mind we selected the MDR-Ridgecrest race.
The MDR Ridgecrest race offers a unique venue that adds to the 1450-ORG philosophy of "variety in venue". We're also happy to be working
with MDR, a race promoter that embraces the future of off-road racing, the class 1450 racers.
Thank you for your continued support.

1450-ORG Event #1 - BAP Race Report
First of all, Congratulations to the class winners of Event #1 in the 1450-ORG Race Series.
Class 1400, 1st Place - John Vaughn, #899

Class 1450, 1st Place - Steven Herrera, #1499

Both these gentlemen put out a great effort to best a large field of class 1400/1450 competitors.
Thank you to all of the 1450-ORG members who signed up with us this race. We had 20 members racing this
weekend out of 29 total 1450 trucks. You guys put on a great show on Saturday and Sunday. We hope to see you
all back for Events #2, 3, and 4 this year.
We hosted a contingency booth Friday evening where we registered members, sold our T-shirts, talked to
people and bbq’d for all. I want to thank our volunteers Kristine Steavens, and Amber Wasserburger for all
their help working in our booth and throughout the weekend. You guys helped make our first event a great one.
Race Days - 1450-ORG hosted a full service pit open to all 1450-ORG members Saturday and Sunday. We were
the main pit for our member Adam Filbin #1485. Throughout the 2 days of racing we were able to provide pit
service for 3 trucks, 2 of the trucks we worked on were 1450-ORG members. We helped Sean Kepler #1415 on Saturday
with some power steering issues, and were able to fix Craig Dillard #1481 brakes on Sunday. Both racers went on
to finish their races.
The award ceremony didn’t take place until 8:15 Sunday evening. Thank you to those members who stayed to watch
us hand out our 9 different series awards and SNORE’s class 1450 awards too. If you were due to receive a 1450-ORG
award and were unable to stay for the awards presentation, I’ll be contacting you to make arrangements for you to
receive your award(s).
I know how much effort it takes to get a truck to the starting line and have much respect for anybody’s who dedicated
to racing 1450. I want to personally thank each of our members for your race efforts and support of an organization
called 1450-ORG. Without the support of our members, we wouldn’t, couldn’t exist.

Lastly I need to thank all our generous sponsors whom without their help we could not have gotten our organization off
the ground. Thank you all for your support and generosity.
1450-ORG Sponsors are: DezerTV.com, Giant Motorsports, SDCA Graphics, 4130 Clothing, DezertRangers.com, Richer Racing,
