1450-Org Points System
1. For championship points, the best 3 out of 4 races scored.
2. Driver of record must start or finish the event to qualify for points.
3. Only the Driver of Record listed on the 1450-ORG membership form will be awarded points.
4. Driver of Record and Co-driver must sign all race promoters’ releases, and obtain his/her event
participation wristband and wristband for the race vehicle from the race promoter in order to receive
1450-ORG points for each event.
5. Disqualification is grounds for receiving zero points for that event(s).
6. The competitor with the highest number of total points in each class at the end of the series will
be declared the class champion. In the event of a tie for any championship, the competitor with the
highest number of 1st place finishes will be declared the winner. In the event there is still a tie,
the competitor with the highest number of 2nd place finishes will be declared the winner, and so on.
7. Driver of Record will receive for each event the sum of the Starting, Finishing, and any Additional points.
8. Ten (10) points will be awarded for starting each race.
9. Finishing points for the following events:
SNORE - February 16th, “Battle at Primm” Ten (10) points
MORE - MAY 24th, “Day/Night Race” Ten (10) points
MDR/CA - Aug 16th “Night Race” Ten (10) points
MDR/PC - Dec 31st“New Years Dash” Ten (10) points
Additional Points
1. Two (2) additional points will be awarded to the Driver of Record for each lap completed, whether the race vehicle finishes the race or not.
2. Two (2) additional points will be awarded in each class to the Driver of Record with the fastest lap time.
